Certification Programs
HERS Ratings for Multi-Family
Individual HERS ratings for each unit, or a sampling protocol for large developments with identical floor plans. Pricing per unit drops significantly for production builds.
ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction
EPA's program for multifamily buildings of any height. Covers the whole building envelope, common areas, and individual units.
LEED for Homes Midrise
LEED certification for residential buildings 4–8 stories. Home Energy Rx has LEED Green Raters on staff qualified to verify midrise projects.
Energy Code Compliance
IECC and 2014 Arkansas Energy Code compliance verification for multi-family buildings, including blower door and duct leakage testing.
