WHAT TO EXPECT

We will contact you 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to confirm the date and time. Your Energy Expert will contact you 30 minutes prior to your appointment to let you know we’re on our way. To learn more about the assessment process, click here.

PREPARE YOUR HOME

Here’s what you can do to ensure an efficient in-home assessment:

Clear access to each room and vent in your home–this is a comprehensive whole-home assessment
Make sure we can gain access to your attic and crawl space
If you have a fireplace, please do not burn a fire for 48-hrs before our visit and make sure any ashes are removed
